A storm of applause ended on Monday at Villa Lentz with a concert by the outstanding TRIA Konstanty Andrzej Kulka, Tomasz Strahl and Andrzej Wierciński. The virtuosos presented the only piece by Fryderyk Chopin, written for violin, cello and piano, dedicated to prince general lieutenant Antoni Radziwiłł – Piano Trio in G minor, Op. 8.
The pianist Andrzej Wierciński has performed brilliantly today, said professors Konstanty Andrzej Kulka, a violinist, and Tomasz Strahl, a cellist.

He undertook an extremely responsible task, despite the fact that he was accelerated by the Chopin Competition, at which he presented himself so wonderfully. Well, however, standing next to experienced musicians who have played this piece dozens of times and recorded it on albums for various Polish and foreign record companies, for many radio and television stations, it is not so easy. He played brilliantly at the concert. I forgot that I was playing with a young person, it means that if I forgot that I was playing with a young person, it means that he was playing racially, simply – said prof. Strahl.

The opportunity to perform with world-renowned Artists is a great honor and distinction for me – added pianist Andrzej Wierciński.

I had a wonderful time playing with such wonderful, if I can dare to say such a statement, my teammates who are much more experienced. I am very happy that I was able to perform with them the Piano Trio in G minor, Op. 8 by Fryderyk Chopin in the entourage of Willa Lentz. We were able to choose the pace and character of this work perfectly. Thanks to this, we were able to fully express ourselves in the sounds written by the composer – summed up Andrzej Wierciński.

During the evening, the Ballade in F minor, Op. 52, Waltz in E flat major, Op. 18 and Scherzo in E major, Op. 54 by Fryderyk Chopin performed by Andrzej Wierciński and Duet No. 1 for violin and cello in C major by Ludwig van Beethoven, interpreted by Konstanty Andrzej Kulka and Tomasz Strahl.

The performance was organized to celebrate the six-month activity of the youngest cultural institution in Szczecin as part of the popular series “Chopin at the Villa Lentz”.
